First of all those importing expensive cars will have to pay more, even before the law is passed. 2nd, if CS gets away with this, what is to stop him from increasing taxes on all manner of goods, before law has been passed? This is a double edged sword. He could increase the tax for small vehicles tomorrow at a whim. Or unga, or sugar..e.t.c
