How come those who mismanaged the company were never prosecuted? As long this is the trend, no public companies will ever succeed. You will just see the likes of Chr1s K1rub1 becoming billionaires and paraded as role models... ywk!

Uchumi is definitely headed to insolvency.Now can someone pliz enlighten me,when uchumi will be winded up,what happens to shareholders funds?
