Supreme Court Judge candidates...

The supreme court judges are the most powerful seven people in the country. Think about it, the president and all other elected officials have terms that end every 5 years. However corrupt they can be they at least have to be responsive to peoples opinions because they need them.
Once a supreme court judge has been appointed unless they go pinching peoples noses or receiving 200 million shillings in broad daylight they are pretty much assured of a long tenure in which they can do what they want.
When you have this kind of security you can be tyrannical like a dictator because you know nobody can touch you. Now that I think about it I wonder whether this is what is making Judge Njoki Ndungu aanze kumea pembe and also wonder how assertive she will become in the future. She is the youngest judge on the bench and having been born in 1965 she is not going anywhere until 2035. Think about that, she will be there untouchable for 4 more presidential terms 2017, 2022, 2027, and 2032!!! She might be there to swear in Muhoho Kenyatta as Kenya's 6th president!!
Smokin Wanjala will be 70 in 2030, Mohammed Ibrahim around 2029 and Jackton Ojwang in 2020.
If a 40 year old is appointed to the supreme court you are looking at a job security that lasts till 2046 in a very powerful position!!! the stakes are very high.
I think it would be in the country's best interests to appoint judges who are older than 60 to the supreme court so that we dont end up with very long reigns.

Given her weird character.. She's an impunity in the making. Remember she said CJ is among equals at Supreme Court. She's a kid vs the others but full of unchecked energies, pride and arrogance. She's soo ambitious and has been scheming for the top job. Truly we need 60's fellows spread out to ensure continuity. Everybody STEALS, a THIEF is one who's CAUGHT stealing something of LITTLE VALUE. !!!

She was defiant and arrogant towards CJ and trying hard to do as much as possible to show him masarau not knowing in the process messing up SC and Kenya at large!!!
