I tried it and I have been getting speeds of 500bytes(0.5kbs) to 6.0kbs on very rare occassions.In short its unusable.
The utimate goal of investing is to buy low sell high;if we re-write this core equation in psychology terms it becomes buy fear sell greed.

Seems like yu has also joined safcom in hiding stuff in the small print. Turns out their 24hrs offer is ends at midnight. I activated the 50bob offer at about 10pm hoping to leave my computer on overnight downloading stuff at their pathetic speeds. Shock on me, at exactly 12am the damn thing stopped working. On enquiring from customer care i was told the offer only runs from whatever time u activate it until midnight of the same day. Just a heads up in case u fall victim...

@Chris79,
That is very silly of them...ain't it?...Do they expect customers to wake up at 00.01hrs to activate their offer?.....and you seem to regret being with YU coz of the speeds?.I better get warned before i throw good money after bad.

@Njung'e the speeds are pathetic I assure you. Average 5kbps with very brief bursts of 14kbps...
