For the Nakumatt card,how can I know the rate used when converting from Ksh to USD ?I have the DTB one..

i believe the FX rate is applied by the merchant at the time of purchase. I use my Nakumatt/DTB on paypal and that is what happens. I have only Kes on it but I can do foreign currency transactions fine on paypal, facebook, google etc
