If you are a part time agent, aren't you the best placed person to tell us?

Since u r an Agent just ask the co. u r working for... check their books and find out the prevailing market prices.
u must be knowing the offer prices, what clients are willing to pay and the rates of houses aroung that place or in Mombasa at least.
or u might be doing a wrong business.. some think u don't know.

I think it's a cool place just opposite the Ferry. Those working at the South Coast might be interested.
Just check how much rent u can get then decide accordingly.

What is the maji situation there?

I know a family in Kizingo... they dont even get maji from MCC... but from a borehole... drinking water is brought in, boiled then filtered...

What's the point of a apartment in Likoni when you have to buy maji at crazy prices?
Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

Fresh water ni shida kubwa. There is only borehole water. Fresh water you have to buy and I took a quotation from one of the drinking water companies for 20 bottlers of 18.9 litres. The price is Kes.6000.
