Did I just read somewhere that the fees for incorporating a company have been fixed to a flat Sh10,000 regardless of nominal capital?
that's a good move: I've always wondered about the logic behind 4%. Kwani it is more difficult to process documents for a sh100m company than for a sh100k? They are the same documents!

Is it true that they have frozen printing of new is registration certificates at the registrar of companies following a mismatch between certs printed and revenue earned?
