Dear Wazuans, anyone who knows the going rent and availability of yards for lease along eastern bypass? I am looking for space to put up a furniture workshop. That should be between thika road and hapo around Kamakis.

I suggest you go there and talk to guyz on the ground. They will give you vital information.Monthly lease fee was 30k for early takers.Currently I believe things could have changed.You may have to pay some goodwill.Next to Mima designs is a sign board advertising for a plot for lease.
