Does an airport have a sign of quality? If no, why should meat have?

Different, one you chinjia yourself, the other is chinjwa'd and so the process of chinja'ing should be properly observed thus the quality sign.
For the airport you weka your own sign depending on how awed you are by the vastness or grandness of the same.

Meat like vegetables, fruit do not need KEBS approval.

Went there to check it out. Not bad at all, if they get momentum and open branches I see Nakumatt in trouble. Layout is same as in Dubai, you can even head in a particular direction and know what to find. Nice wide aisle, brightly lit (unlike Uchumi), prices displayed properly, expired goods policy openly displayed, nice baked goods, lots of cheese selection, lots of beans selection, correctly named. Lots of Managers on the floor, good to see them hands on.

I also hear they pay suppliers ON TIME but excpect better pricing than given to Nakumatt (who pay after 180 days, if youre lucky).

Best of luck, we need competition.
