Are there issues there-in better than what is in the current constitution? Counties, minister not MP, recalling MP's etc? what are the pros and cons
I like the recall option.
the dual citizenship bit is more good than bad -> there has been arguments that fishy characters (e.g. terrorists) may gain citizenship - but this will not stop them either way. Would be useful for guys in diaspora who have foreign citizenships to be able to take up their kenyan citizenship as well.
