I totally agree. Land prices is Kenya increase very fast. @Sunshade listed this plot for 1.4m yesterday and today he adjusted the price to 1.6m. Imagine if I had bought it yesterday. I would have made a cool 200k in a day. He he he. The railway line must have moved closer to the plot! 55% sold! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
