Tax Amensty on Rental Income

Hi good guys;

I am in the process of applying for the above.
However,I am unable to find/download the application form.
On the KRA website, I get sent to an irrelevant notice page.
Has anyone been able to download these forms.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

LOG IN: https://itax.kra.go.ke/KRA-Portal/
STEP 1:
Returns --> File Returns --> Tax Obligation Income Tax -Amensty. Download the excel sheet, fill it in and upload.
STEP 2
GO to payments --> payment registration
select headtax -->Income Tax Tax Sub Head Tax (0112) Income Tax -Amensty. select your payment method.
