KSh 400m loss wipes out all its equity. Shouldn't firms be suspended when they shift into technical insolvency?

This is a ponzi scheme in the making.
Real estate is on a downturn and I don't see their fortunes improving in the next two years.
It will take some time to recover;if it was in the NARC and grand coalition era this company would be doing well

AKS shifted from being an independent analyst/investor/fund manager to being in PR. No euphemism. Started with KCB a couple of years ago I think. But why doesn't he disclose this?
