Shouldn't this form a basis to have the pilots fired for contravening the agreement and court's directive?

Yes...but wont it cause a crisis?Where do you get pilots?

why is it some were still working as late as 12noon?

They weren't sure if the strike was still on...

Suicide watchlist!
Kamenuka sasa!

and now I wonder, who is that so sane in the name of a customer, who will buy into this companies strategy of early booking, unless she is fond of sleeping in hotels or has a mpango wa kando to invite over by chance of flight cancellation. benefits maximisation strategy on that sweeter than pie mpango.

He will go home at some point...and what is it with Africans never wanting to resign?Air France - KLM CEO was forced by the pilots union to go home....if people don't want you...they don't want you...period.Think now May 3rd might be pushed to June.

The bile exhibited on KQ CEO is unfounded and if left unchecked will take him home

Kenya Airways would like to announce that our flight schedule will return to normalcy from tomorrow morning at 0600hrs; following all day flight disruptions that have caused inconvenience to our guests.
We are currently in the schedule re-planning phase after our pilots withdrew their industrial action that paralyzed operations at our hub in JKIA Nairobi.
In the meantime we are advising all guests to ensure they check on their flights prior to departure through our website or 24HR Contact Centre. We will continue to give you regular updates via our social media pages.
We wish to thank our guests for their patience and understanding today and assure that we are committed to serving you and restoring your confidence in our airline.
Please call our 24HR Contact Center: +254 20 327 4747 for further information or visit our website www.kenya-airways.com to check the status of your flight.

They never even flexed their muscles the financial impact of today's (1 day semi strike) will be felt...as we speak most of Nairobi hotels are packed with KQ passengers...They have shown whom is boss we now know it's not Ngunze...let him just honourably go home...even in football coaches resign we get a caretaker manager.
