Peacock at city center is sawa if you dont mind i can check prices for you, also can try paradise at mkapa hse. kuna pia Palm beach hotel- around $70. if you need some checking for any of the hotels leme know then will check it for you.

I plan to visit Kigali in the next week.Can anyone advise me on affordable means of travel and acomodation.

@agra, for Kigali I have stayed at the hotel Okapi. Small amazing place and very reasonably priced. Near the city centre and clean. They have a website you can check. Once stayed at the Mille Colline, but you will need good change for that.
