The "Office Project" was a 2-3 year project. I would rather KK spent the cash making (sensible) acquisitions, revamp the stations and build competitive advantages for the future.

In other words... put on make-up to get hitched Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

If an announcement of acquisition and other peripheral projects that add value come up, I will jump in as quickly as practicable without waiting for a plunge in price.

Typically, when an acquisition of a listed firm is announced, the trading of its shares is suspended. I do not know what you mean by 'peripheral projects' in this case.

Whenever I read a comment I easily know it's spike without checking on who commented. Many misplaced vocabularies/ financial terms

I think practicable is actually a word. Just spoken I think

How did you arrive at your statement @gatoho? Thought my comment is general while I highlighted the whole statement of jumping!

True and now there's hidden demand unlike hidden supply before

When hidden demand drama disappears, Mr. bear is expected to ruthlessly drown KK to bottom out mark 8/- .

You can always tell posts by @Spikes without checking who posted!!!

Unjustified and unexplained negativity and pessimism.
Ati amejiita nini?? Senior Business Correspondent?? Woi!!! Even by Kenyan (very low) standards, hapana!!!

Reminds me of a line from a black uhuru (I think) song. "If you are sitting in a market place and you are neither a buyer or seller... you will find yourself being subject to bought or sold".
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
