I still maintain my target of 6.00 handle, which is generous after seeing the results. How long the market remains irrational is anyone's guess.

Financials are a shorting magnet at the moment until this banking drama washes out for the recovery to beginning.

@spikes, remember to remind me by year end if I'm a lunatic for being so bearish on financials.

Financials. But if financials are sick the market also doesn't perform well thus why I've been suggesting one has to be very picky.

The loss was reflected in the share price when Britam announced the profit warning last year. Now that the investors have seen the financials and the news that the Rawat stake is being bought, they have stopped selling. Looking at the core business, the company is growing. The coming bull market will have the net profit in this stock at high levels saana..

I think the biggest worry was that settled Mauritius issue

This is pure speculation dealing with high beta stock. I hope you get the understanding of volatility here. Very risky. You can see people cancelling buy and sell orders. Very very risky. Time will tell!

We need one of the chart-ists e.g., @hisah to draw us a cartoon of this thing. What we are experiencing now is a mini bull before a major plunge...talk of fattening the pig before the great slaughter
