When interest on bonds keep going up, you know the bear run is on high street. When interest on bonds start leveling, the bear has met the bull and they have hit rock bottom. When the interest rates on bonds start coming down, the bull has overpowered the bear and you better be riding the bull.

Unlike other colonised individual - when slavery ended Africans were counted as 3/5 of a person. then came segregation e.t.c. when you have an obvious marker (in our case dark skin) it becomes easier to be judged/oppressed as a group. The white slaves were segregated on religious basis (an invisible idea) for africans - it's a genetic trait! Of course Hamilton's relaz are still alive but how is that "Karma" on Hamilton the slave owner? All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

I think dre's reference to slaves in N.America has to do with indentured servants brought from Europe(Mainly England) as property of land owners. There was no free movement of labour for long in the English American colonies
