Since we are more often than not unable to run our institutions , soon we will find even the Gava run by foreigners. Yet we are a sovereign state !!!

But that is secondary, the fact remains, the bank was not badly off. Business was good. Are you trying to say that the Qataris don't know about Musharaka* (sp)?
