Unlike Kenya,in Tz parties are stronger than their leaders.
Magufuli would be nothing without CCM while in Kenya CORD would be nothing without RAO or JAP without Uhuruto.
The party rules and Magufuli is just a captain.No singe leader can never be a dictator in Tz
