I am also seeing 12%

They have been capitalising 50% of declared dividends which goes to increase member shares. So you get 11.5% cash dividends and your shares Increases by a similar amount

They are so ridiculous in customer care. Do they have actual staff or they still have jobs with Kenya power?
Been begging for my dividend to be capitalized for ages to no avail.
That's because they don't have my bank details that I clearly gave 9n joining
Foresight..
