After the buy out of the 23% share holding by Mauritian Govt (Rawat/Dawat),there was need to first py the total amount by April nd thereafter give the actual results to show the stnding of BRITAM HOLDINGs. There might be no surprises but Dividend my be Lower, flat or Zero. The way forward is the most important nd those prepring reports MUST show this in proper terms. There is alot that Britam Holdings is doing and will be expressed in their FY15 Results

who exactly is the owner of the 23% just remind me and don't say britam

4 months just like the rest of the quoted stocks, of course excluding banks.
