Nation says that one director (a he) loaned himself 7.9 billion without collateral.

And they blame social media for bringing bank down...

One director lent himself Sh7.9 billion mostly without registered collateral

How about we make this a continuation of the other thread on chase bank...

He, however, reported having met with the bank’s shareholders and agreed to pump in money to revive the lender even as he emphasised that CBK was in the process of determining the exact state of the bank’s affairs before any other action is taken.

When they try and find the exact state of that bank they might unearth serious issues...Greed is bad.

Must be this "K" guy who owns over 70% of the bank

I thought there are clear laws on insider leading and why are these guys Board/Management still roaming free?
