The problem with Britam is that it is being run kimafia style with the top four shareholders holding a tight and secretive grip on it.
There is no succession plan with Benson Wairegi,Jimnah Mbaru and Peter Munga in their 70s and with no person being fronted as their successor.
When they leave we might have another NBK.

Britam survey
I think what they are saying is that real prices on reits will come down due to oversupply.
People need to come up with new ways to make money. The building of Two rivers mixed use by Centum will make them earn more/better returns than single use building. I once visited the famous Dubai Mall and Mall of Emirates and realised how mixed use reits work to make more money.(Malls, hotels, residences, offices, schools, cinemas, playgrounds etc) Kirubi muust have been there and knows what he is doing.

This stock appears to have exhausted upward swing. This is pure speculation. Once 13-13.1 kes per share demand is exhausted there will be no more support. Even companies that have reported good results are stagnant e.g HFCK, Kenya Re, KCB and many more. Especially tomorrow a nosedive is likely.

Mr. market and management machinery are bigger than your thoughts. Ruka ndani. There exists a larger discount!!

and the reverse cracks are visible now

That one is normal. It depends on the upward pattern the stock follows! Still momentum ipo!

I doubt your analysis, this gain has been driven by small speculative volume for the past two days,we are talking of a company with over 1.9b issued shares,I want to see over 5m volume to take it more serious

You will begin seeing big volumes when real profit taking rolls in at high prices.

Other investors entered at more than 20/- per share. Some have opted to remain long term holders others exit as the stock moves upwards at a reduced loss. Not yet time to see block trades upwards!

Holding bad news suppressed, this rocket take-off will end at more that 100% profit harvesting.

looking at your above post, when did you shift from expecting 100% to explaining the contrary?

Experience from MSC! Ukipata faida kidogo chukua. Better half a loaf than none. When you become hard to sell you end up selling at a loss because you get blinded by excitement of a large demand that collapses more quickly than you exit.

It appears this results will trigger shockwaves of capital meltdown across this counter. I have sensed something sinister. Mbona zimechelewa hivyo?

Maybe they are preparing Wanjiku for a soft landing before releasing shock of the year.
