Just out of curiosity how has the transit times changed while traversing from Mombasa road to Ruaraka, compared to before? Have property prices (rents, land prices, etc) in the vicinity of this road seen a significant change since completion of this project?

Right now it's hell from Tajmall to Mutindwa

It now takes 10min max from Buru to allsops/Thika road. No jam with the underpasses and overpasses as above photos show.
