Let me be the first to SPECULATE. They were cooking the books. They were serving beef stew but in reality it was just bones mixed with roiko mchuzi mix.
How is it that when one looks at banks like standard chartered, profits have come down significantly, but other banks the profits seem to be sky-rocketing? Standard chartered had high non performing loans, so one would think other banks would be somewhat similar since they are in the same economy. Ama standard chartered customers don't like to pay-up? Or each bank defines non-performing loans differently?
