Kindaruma Apartments, near Yaya Centre on sale for 10.5 million , 3 bedrooms. CASH BUYERS only.

Do I smell a scam. This sounds low for that area. Why cash buyers only? No opportunity to buy on mortgage even at a higher price. Are sellers trying to avoid scrutiny associated with mortgage transactions? Just thinking out loud.

Carry out your due diligence on the developer (who is he, what has he done before, who are his previous clients-talk to them, what financing arrangements does he have, is he a politician, who is the contractor, what is his girlfriend's name Laughing out loudly ) then take a decision.
I didn't for a unit on Thika Highway near Zetech College, I cry in my sleep every night.

Seems it wasn't so bad if you still manage some sleep...otherwise you would be crying in the toilet (kulilia chooni) Laughing out loudly

For those of us who are crying in their sleep or having migraines, what are the issues with your respective apartments? Is it plumbing issues, e.g toilets not flushing, not enough water pressure? Is it poor finishes like door knobs coming off, doors and cupboards falling apart. Is it cracks in the walls. What are the main issues with these houses.

Please guys let us know why you are crying. I am looking for an apartment and you are scaring me. At least give us a hint. Is it service fees? Is it loans that interest is changing? Is it title deed issues? Leaking roof? Noise? Lack of water? No electricity? Family feuding over title deed? NSSF?, Burukenge?, Namwamba?, Waiguru?, Duale? KRA? For heavens sake What?????
