Recapitalization is normally done at the official share price for the year in which the dividends were earned. In this case 350/= per share. The sweet bit is that the bonus shares are available for sale immediately at max 25% more(435/=) ;-)

If you want to join safaricom sacco then you need someone to introduce you .but if you want to join safaricom INVESTMENT cooperative you need no one .email them and you will get started pngari@safaricom.co.ke
