1.THAT this hounarable court be pleased to reinstate My bet I.D. NO. 3452 placed on the 20th of March 2016 on FC BARCELONA.
2.THAT the costs of this application be provided for.
WHICH APPLICATION is predicated on the following grounds :-
1.THAT at all material times there existed a team known as FC BARCELONA Hereinafter known as FCB the 2nd respondent in this suit.
2.THAT the plaintiff believed and trusted that the players of the said FCB to atleast maintain the score lead they had against a struggling Villareal side hereinafter the bet destroyer.

3.THAT the failure to maintain the lead is a breach of trust and gross misconduct on the the club,its supporters and the applicants herein
4.THAT at all material times including the 90+ minutes,the 2nd respondents failed to maintain lead yet they had players with astronomical capabilities to score goals like Neymar, Messi Suarez among others .
5.THAT at all material times the players knew that Kenyans esp the applicants herein had placed single bet and multi bets worth a fortune on the 2nd defendant to score and win against Villareal the bet destroyer.
6.THAT the failure to win and hence the loss of the said bet is beyond the applicants comprehension.
7.THAT at all material times there existed a Kenyan Proverb in the betting fraternity saying:" Team Moja Ndio Imeniwaste".
8.THAT it is on the said proverb that the applicants feel verily disgruntled by the 1st and the 2nd defendants inabil
