NIC

Stanchart.

In terms of functionality, both are equally good.

Stanchart is more bureaucratic especially when you are in kiashland. For some transactions you have to go to a branch e.g change phone number registered on the account. When doing some transactions they send an OTP to that number. If not in control of the number, the transaction cannot proceed as you won't get the OTP.

Have seen buddies complain a lot about Stanchart when they move abroad. Most have gone to NIC.

Am on stanchart myself in Kenya. Very efficient so far

Hei so inakaa nitabaki member . But i do not even use those services kina mpesa ,i use world remit and then you can even do a bank deposit or mpesa someone and its very fast. I actually asked once here if there is anyone who had ever used the service, i have been using it for more than 2 yrs now. Mpesa is done in ten minutes and a bank deposit in hours.
