Rank: Member Joined: 6/5/2008 Posts: 174		I don't understand why safaricom has why has safaricom maintained so high on-net call rates with so much impunity.Are all mobile telephone regulators this toothless. sampe this: Yu 3/- on within the network bundles +6per minute to other networks Orange 1/- per minute +100 per month within the network and 8 /= per minute to other network Zain- 3 /= to 10 people within network. Safaricom -8/= within network from 7a.m-7p.m and 14/- other networks. Isnt this unfair/immoral /unethical practice by safaricom just because of high switching cost?
