The question we should be asking is whether it's legal to sell alcohol to under age teens anywhere. They all pleaded guilty after all and since they won't stop anytime soon, let them drink from their homes and avoid the hullabaloo.

which one is it? is it a crime to SELL or to SERVE under 18s with alcohol?

Of course not.They are adults.

This issue was blown out of proportion. The woman had organised a party for the son for getting an A in KCSE. Friends invited friends and among them there were those who come with alcohol. The guy in charge of estate security , who claimed the woman doesn't even pay security fees, called the cops without even bothering to know what was going on.
The kids were advised to plead guilty to hasten the case, the influential ones had already been released the previous night. The woman produced a valid passport in court, apparently her husband is a military attachee.

Just imagine how many wheels of social and economic development could have been pushed forward had that kcse party been held in Juba if it had to be held. Its no crime to speculate. Ipelekwe huko moving forward.

Case of revenge? hee,lipeni security.
The cops way of doing things after receiving a call is to storm the place and arrest everyone on sight because they lack clear details.Cats, dogs pans, humans are all potential witnesses during this stage.
Sorting is done huko mbele where facts are presented, criminals identified and the innocent supposedly set free.

I hold Mr. Twain in no higher regard than any other common mortal man.
1. Mr Twain's family owned slaves. His uncle John Quarles owned at least 20 slaves and Mr. Twain spent his childhood ingraining a white superiority mentality.
2. To illustrate this mindset, in Huckleberry Finn, Aunt Sally learns of a steamboat explosion. "Good gracious! anybody hurt?" she asks. "No'm," comes the answer. "Killed a nigger." Aunt Sally replies "Well, it's lucky, because sometimes people do get hurt."
3. He also grieved native Americans who have since prevented a natural landmark being named in his honour because of his views towards them. Read here.

So much for prejudice, bigotry and narrow mindedness. Give another, not him! We can do this again all over and I won't be tired.
