I just watched the movie "Project X" on Netflix and if this is what the youth want to replicate hapa nairobi, then they should all be arrested.

which one is it? is it a crime to SELL or to SERVE under 18s with alcohol? All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!
