Public interest minimal as this is not a NSE listed firm.

I am also curious as to what happened to the shareholders that had bought this stock over the counter after Old Mutual used their stake to put a moratorium on the OTC trading.

South african-based companies barely and rarely do well in kenya, because they come with their own products and try to shove them down our throats. if UAP is struggling, I wouldnt have to look far to see where their problem is.
Cases I have heard of: Pan africa life, africa online, the well known DSTV aka multichoice,SAB Miller,Nandos, iway africa,etc
