Was hoping someone with extra info (insider) apart from what's in the article would shed some extra light.


Talking of South Sudan,does anyone know how the group results will be affected following the sharp devaluation of the South Sudanese pound.
EABL just booked a loss of Kshs.1 billion will Equity bank go the same route..
EABL Looses Kshs1billion in South Sudan


KCB just booked foreign currency losses of Kshs.6.1billion as a result of the South sudanese pound devaluation and may be others..I wonder how much will Equity bank book?

Wont be as much considering KCB South Sudan is double the size of Equity SS
