No,while you were "awol" Unga dipped from 50bob to 35
No.
I saw it dip from 50 all the way to sub-10, but I missed the latest climb to 35!
1H 2015-16 EPS was 2.83 but what I see is continuous growth as Nick integrates Ennsvalley into Unga by introducing new processes & ideas [PaTaMu, Hoshin Kanri and Kaizen] into Ennsvalley.
At the AGM, they said they had big plans for Ennsvalley [whose turnover will remain a fraction of the total turnover] in Kenya. I expect Ennsvalley will be introduced in Uganda in 2016-17 through Nakumatt. [Annual Report says they are looking at it].
They mentioned expansion of storage and a new/expanded wheat mill in Eldore. [In the AR & at the AGM]
If I was to take a straight 2x EPS = 5.65 for the FY. Of course, this may not happen.
A PER of 7x is very attractive in a firm that is growing with relatively low net debt. Ohana should show Hutchinson a few tricks on completely eliminating debt!
