Unaudited. And then a 'profit warning' after the Rights Issue. IMHO, this is a bandia firm.
KQ, KPLC, etc all did Rights Issues on pumped up earnings/projections...
Then we had TCL, etc which listed just after announcing good results. And then the next set of results were awful.

Longhorn publishers limited says has received approval from the Capital Markets Authority to raise KES530 million through rights issue
Longhorn publishers limited will issue 126 million newly created shares at KES.4.20 at ratio of 0.86 shares for every share held
