Tenderprenuerism it is bro. This is the re-consulting stage, how deep into it am not sure. Over ten years is no jokes to sit tight here. This proves that its a fat cats strategy at work here.
You know exactly what needs some fixing but you would better be told by someone else you have a deal with, actually you get somebody else to copy paste your findings and pays back for your nice leaks. Palm greasing goes on. Shareholders left in the cold.
