How does this franchise thing work exactly?Does the franchisee pay rent for the outlet,pay workers,permits etc..and the franchisor supplies say the raw food,equipment,friers,roasters etc.. and then the profit is shared?
Regarding hygiene.I believe the county gov. has a dept. that inspects eating joints every now and then for cleanliness?
