Private enterprise. Such decisions are made. O&G is in the tank and we in KE think politics is a way of life.

In fact, KTL being the closest to civilization to the Turkana O&G action, iko sida. All banks, Nakumatt, Tuskys, Agakhan all of a sudden sprung up in the town. Back to farming.

bait has been thrown in....speculators/contrarians will jump-in in numbers only for a massive dilution to take place in the rights issue (my opinion)

The grim reaper still lurks around this counter. That USD bond ($75M) which is redeemable next year (March 2016) is going to pile up forex losses on the bottomline.

Has TCL accrued the interest due? As KES craters vs USD, the loan will balloon. I am waiting and watching TCL crash and burn.

Kimeumana.. He is the son of one of the founders who is also a major shareholder. If he has decided to quit, they must have seen this is unsalvageable.

This Njiinu guy must be the undertaker. The other guys don't like handling a dead company so they've hired him.

It is traumatizing seeing a company down down with the share price shrinking from 50 bob at the time of listing to a firth of that in 5 years....
