hydrogen peroxide found in milk is quite a weak compound and disassociates rather quickly! I am more worried about the carbides formalin, mercury and lead ... these are direct toxins...

Milk as you know is a fragile product and it helps in keeping the milk in those big containers stay fresh during transport and all related logistics of moving it from the pickup point to the processing factory

from my old chem... I remember Hydrogen Peroxide is even present in rain water (lightening creates it from the water and oxygen in the air). the only risk I see with huge doses of Hydrogen peroxide is that when it disassociates into water and oxygen - the oxygen is a single atom of oxygen (nascent oxygen as I remember it being called) not the Oxygen molecule we use for respiration and the effects of nascent are (were at the time I was reading this stuff) not exactly know to be positive to the human body - aging for example was then considered to be related to nascent oxygen consumption but don't fear... nascent oxygen is still available in air. I hope some chem people will correct my 20 year old chemistry with newer facts.
