21 Days occupancy per month is too ambitious for a hotel in Naivasha. 10 days would do.So ideally you may have to wait 12 years to recoup your investments ceteris peribus.To me that does not make sense.

That's a 16.4% per annum dividend rate. Why not buy the less risky and government back t bills even for 13%

They are projecting this on a 67% occupancy in Naivasha. Market rates for Naivasha are about 56% year round. The projected occ is way too aggressive .

I burnt my fingers well enough .no more spooling of resources for unexpected returns that doesn't exist rather projected .si tuliambiwa we will be billionaires in 2016 .hata tifident hakuna in such similar PROJECTION .
