Wanjiko and your neighbour Waithera I am warning you again. When analysts differ think beyond their figures. Nobody can spare you this is #Kenya! Some news we do read on authoritative platforms are cunningly designed to shaft you. Keep vigil.

Applause Applause good advice. I always believe people should do their own research and use personal intuition when making investment decisions. I agree with I&M but why the super-big difference when it comes to DTB? maybe they were using different parameters

“We do not necessarily view the National Bank and Housing Finance group as attractive but as good upside opportunities,” said AIB Capital in a market report.

So their analysis is almost like gabbling???? smile

If NBK & HFCK rise -> We told you they had good upside opportunities.
If NBK & HFCK don't rise -> We told you we did not view them as attractive.

You have a higher chance of making money in the stock market by TOSSING A COIN (Heads or Tails) than listening to/reading BROKERS RECOMMENDATIONS.

Especially on a down market, when they want you to BUY BUY BUY AND SELL SELL SELL. Their's is the 19.%-2.1% commission, nothing more, nothing less.
Receive with simplicity everything that happens to you.” ― Rashi
