But you have to admit there have been major improvements especially at that hospital since 2011.

Plus if you compare the state of that hospital in 2011 and now there is a massive improvement.

I don't think its fair to label the said medics as reluctant to help.

The question is,Did the hospital works respond appropriately to the situation(accident victim)?

The guys ego is a big issue, claiming you are a medic to get attention is plain stupid, but to some egotism is embedded in them, he is just thirsty for some minutes of fame, who walks in hospital phone in record mode. That's the first thing he thought when he walked in.

The medic continually tell him there is someone to help, but he keeps insisting ' this is how you work'

Just because the guy who was there to respond first did not fit his deluded description of a medic.
