@vky i have used Hayes a couple of times both air and ship and I can honestly say the customer service is bad.They don't pick calls and the number i was given for the contact person in Nairobi did't go through.I eventually got my goods but the last incident left a distaste for the inefficient customer service.I plan on using KenSom from next year.Happy hunting.

Totally agree.

They held my stuff for nearly 3 months. Claimed they had misplaced the goods.... only to find out later that it was due to someone else not paying for theirs. I don't know why they combined my goods with others (probably to save costs).

I would stick to Morey. His costs are £3.75/kg and £20 admin.... Also collects from your premises at £20.00.

morey is efficient and reliable if its air freight, been shipping stuff through him all through the year and delivery is always on time, he usually ships every Thursday of the week to be received on Wednesday of the following week

I'm asking about a means to communicate with them other than telephone. It's almost 2016, he surely must have some other [cheaper] way to communicate.
