Ever get annoyed by people on social media who share 'profound' quotes, or use meaningless, intelligent-sounding soundbites in arguments?

A new study has shown that people who believe in psuedo-profound, intellectual-sounding quotes are less intelligent

Essentially, it means grand-sounding statements which mean nothing - many people post such things on Instagram.
An example was: "Hidden meaning transforms unparalleled abstract beauty."

The study looks like 'bullshit'. But what's this fuss about 'IQ'? It's like there's political pressure for some of us to have higher IQs ...

"This life is nothing short of an unveiling quantum leap of mythic rejuvenation"

Wow!

I wish I had said that

tafakari haya....
if you love quotes (implying you have low IQ) , you must get some kind of gratification from it and thus pretending not to love quotes you keep your low IQ coz quotations are a symptom and not the cause of your low IQ and you stop doing something you like you will be exhibiting low self esteem.... hmmm? seems like a double loss to me! Sad

I guess this is quotable? some low IQ person with high self esteem will quote this Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly
With that I quote some random US president
Quote:
if this is coffee give me some tea, if this is tea then give me some coffee
All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!
