Get yourself a very young girlfriend, between 18 and 23.
Buy yourself a very fast car.
Start a business in a very competative industry.
Go into politics.
All the usual engagements that men in mid life crisis get into.
If all fails, turn religious fanatic, christian, buddaist, islamic fundamentalists and so on.
But do not hang yourself.

@mlefu Get some nikes and hit the road. Aim to do 5-10km daily preferably koks. rain or shine. Works like magic I may be wrong..but then I could be right
