I am not an alcoholic, but recently, i found a very sweet beer called Kilimanjaro Twist. Unlike all the other funny tasting beers like Tusker, Guinness and Pilsner, this beer tastes so sweet and goes down very well especially when cold.

Apparently, this is the only that my throat can allow to pass through downward!! as a result, i find myself taking like 5 bottles of 375ml each per weekend. that translates to 1.875 liters of beer per weekend and 8 liters of beer per month.

On the other hand, am so concerned about being physically fit. As a naive drinker, can the above amounts have any effect on my physical fitness?

The beer is so sweet and priced nicely...every time i think of it, even in between the week, i salivate.

Before you ask how much beer is too much ask these questions first
1. Is your wife/girlfriend getting enough quality sex(most important)
2. Are you providing for your family
3. What is your alchold intake threshold level

Once you answer the above, you question will be answered too

1. Mimi msela.....sina mshikaji aiseh.....napita tu na wale tei imewalemea!!

2. i have no family of my own

3. Last year at Safaricom 7s i took half of Viceroy 375ml and blacked out so bad. i dont remember how i got home.

Did you take anti-retrovirals? What goes round, coming around?(pun not intended)

I s HIV AIDS something that should worry you? nope, there are other things worth worrying about like poverty and cancer. Magic Johnson is almost 27 years with AIDS so........thats my least worry!!

GOK overtaxing beer. It's hard to take the recommended 2 bottles a day without feeling the pinch.

If only wazees can afford beer, then the vijanas will turn to the next available form of entertainment ... fishing in wazees ponds as the wazees drink themselves silly.
