Even the ET CE secretly alluded that for extra points he'd work for airline X! (he should name names)

Dumbfounding too is with ET having double KQ's fleet capacity, they carry circa a 3rd more passengers?!? That means KQ has some hidden potential that must be found and unlocked!

Bottom line, a dynamic balance to the multi-stakeholders interests must be arrived at soon - minimal casualties. Inclusive of the fact that shareholder interests have been neglected much too long!

i wish kq was a fully private company

November salary shall be paid in Dec and the Dec salary shall not be paid.. Kamenuka! PPT had better show up from tomorrow into the next few weeks. Kamenuka!!!

Ahem, so do you still believe in the 18 month turnaround DEADline? d'oh! d'oh! d'oh!
And those pie in the sky 25/- per share? Liar Liar Liar

Meanwhile my KK & KenRe are humming along. Making profits. Paying dividends. And firing useless under-performing employees. *That said, I am on the ground. I look around at every KK station I visit. I do not want to make the same mistake I made earlier. I try and read on how KE insurance firms are doing especially in regards to the insurance business. Don't believe everything you are told. If I feel I am going to be conned, I shall bail out at a loss but out I go*

@vvs. Usijione mwerevu sana. Going round KK petrol stations does not guarantee that there will be no fraud at that company

Kq is doomed if its managers keep thinking that they are working for some parastatal. Big salaries with no show of work by the directors. They should all take a pay cut get paid half the salary and then get a bonus when the company makes a profit. The brain wakes up when the environment is uncomfortable.

Of course but it's good to kick the tyres once in a while. Talk to employees. For those of us who used to shop at Uchumi, we could see the end was nigh. Empty shelves, disgruntled employees and dirty stores.

If you want to know if a company is doing well check their outlets for customers, then do a mystery shopper thing and get a feel of their service. If the management can be trusted this will be a great sign of good things to come.

If these don't look good , eventually the company will run down , it does not matter how long it takes.

Unfortunately we seem to have better insight outside and away from KQ management. Sad
