Did you try buying those items?

These niggas take us for fools......last year when such a thing had been hyped so badly...i was eyeing a 32inch Samsung TV that they had stated that it would be retailing at 9,999.....only for them to say the TVs had run short...almost immediately......

Its just a marketing gimmick to attract attention

I tried buying a cubot phone which was retailing at 50% discount. There seemed to be an internal server error. and when I finally went through, I received an sms informing me that I should be prepared to pay "zero" shillings. So I relax... a few minutes latter, the offer expires. It indicates that the Item was sold to one person. I check out the telephone number of this person.....it was not mine....

The strange thing about Jumia is they have no idea how to handle warranty. This will kill them

There is no point of launching a campaign if you are not ready to sell 1,000 items at that price.
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

jumia ni malenge sana. I wish they had clearly said '10 units available for grabs'. All the black Friday offers were 'sold out in 20-30 seconds'.
